The Rowe Condominiums in Whitby took top honours out of a record 440 entries, and Davies Smith has now won this award two years in a row.

Out of the four categories that The Rowe was nominated for, the creative team of 52 Pick-up Inc. – Strategic Design and Communications, were delighted that the cohesive marketing elements of their campaign were recognized for the Best Project Logo Design & Signage. “In our hearts we always knew it was the project of the year, but it’s great to have it confirmed,” says Susan McIntee, Partner and Creative Director for 52 Pick-up. “We had an amazing team on this project with great synergy.”
